Withdrawal policy
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the products that do not suit you, for a refund or credit. Please note that only products in their original condition can be returned.

Return costs are at your expense. The item is your own responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a parcel service that insures your package.
Reimbursement period
We will reimburse you within 14 days, after receipt and verification of the returned products. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used at the time of purchase.
